Want to know what this Mindfulness buzz is all about?
Throughout this five-week course, you will learn about Mindfulness and how to implement it so that you can calm down, be present and enjoy life.
You will also be taught how to meditate and you will experience several breathing techniques, which activate the parasympathetic nervous system – the one that promotes relaxation and peace 🙂
Gather tools to alleviate stress and anxiety and develop a more positive mindset.
Well of Being’s Sharon Vogiatzi is highly experienced in delivering courses in Mindfulness & Positive Living. She is also a Life Coach and a holistic therapist.

These are fun, inspiring, interactive classes where you will meet like-minded people and receive tools and tips to live a happy, peaceful, fulfilling life.
Classes include mindfulness, meditation, breathing techniques, and exercises which will challenge your thinking, unblock fears, allow you to get to know the real you, and add vital tools to your happiness toolbox.
You will receive tips which will help alleviate stress, anxiety and other negative emotions, freeing you up to live the life you truly deserve.
Sharon will be starting more five-week Beginners’ and Advanced Mindfulness & Positive Living courses in September 2018.

The Advanced classes will take place on Wednesdays, 8-9pm, in Abbins House Holistic Centre, Eyre Street, Newbridge, Co. Kildare, from 26th September until 24th October 2018.

The Beginners’ course will take place on Thursdays, 8-9pm, in McAuley Place, Sallins Road, Naas, starting 27th September and running until 25th October 2018.

Well of Being’s Sharon Vogiatzi will be starting more six-week Beginners’ and Advanced Mindfulness & Positive Living courses in April 2018.

The Advanced classes will take place on Wednesdays, 8-9pm, in Abbins House Holistic Centre, Eyre Street, Newbridge, Co. Kildare, from 11th April until 16th May 2018.

The Beginners’ course will take place on Tuesdays, 8-9pm, in McAuley Place (beside the church), Sallins Road, Naas, starting 10th April and running until 15th May 2018.

Calming Culture: Positive Living & Yoga Restoration

Kildare Culture Night & Weekend 2016:

Sunday 18 September, 3:00-4:00pm in Alice’s Restaurant, 5 Moat Mall, Naas, Co. Kildare.

Join Life Coach & Holistic Therapist Sharon Vogiatzi and Yoga Teacher Laura McGarr for an afternoon of positive living, mindfulness, relaxation and yoga.

You will receive tips and tools for positive living, increasing happiness and cultivating inner peace through mindfulness and meditation.

We will conclude the session with a relaxing chair yoga sequence.

Mindfulness, Meditation & Wellness Classes

Well of Being‘s Sharon Vogiatzi is an experienced facilitator, both for private and corporate. She has been running meditation, mindfulness and wellness classes and workshops in the Leinster area and online for many years.
 
MEDITATION CLASSES
Sharon is currently running bi-monthly 30-minute meditation classes via Zoom.
 
These relaxing classes include mindfulness, meditation, visualisation, breathing techniques and gentle movement/stretching.
 
A regular meditation practice sets the tone for your life in general, giving you space and pause to restore your energy, recentre and connect to presence and calm.
 
The classes are on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at 7PM and cost just €5.
 

Whether you’re a beginner and would like to try it or if you would simply like to practice more and be led by an experienced facilitator, you’re very welcome.

Get Out of Your Head!

Get out of your head and into your body 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️ 

The mind is an extremely useful device but you shouldn’t overwork it 🤯

When you’re trapped in your mind, you miss out on all that the present moment contains- connection, beauty, peace…

Of course, the present moment can sometimes feel painful but when you have the courage to be with whatever you encounter, there can be learning, release and healing!

In next week’s class, we will feel into our bodies, connect to our breath, drop into the present moment and be the witness to whatever is here for us.

This will release tension and deepen our relationship with ourselves.

If it’s your first time using Zoom, please check that it’s working before the class begins, find a quiet comfortable spot where you can sit (and lie down if you like) and light a candle and/or some incense to create a zen vibe. You can leave your camera on or off and I will mute all participants so we will not be disturbed. Headphones and an eye mask could be nice but are not essential.
