Get Out of Your Head!

Get out of your head and into your body 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️ 

The mind is an extremely useful device but you shouldn’t overwork it 🤯

When you’re trapped in your mind, you miss out on all that the present moment contains- connection, beauty, peace…

Of course, the present moment can sometimes feel painful but when you have the courage to be with whatever you encounter, there can be learning, release and healing!

In next week’s class, we will feel into our bodies, connect to our breath, drop into the present moment and be the witness to whatever is here for us.

This will release tension and deepen our relationship with ourselves.

Bi-monthly meditation classes

Sharon is currently running bi-monthly 30-minute meditation classes via Zoom. 

These relaxing classes include mindfulness, meditation, visualisation, breathing techniques and gentle movement/stretching. 

A regular meditation practice sets the tone for your life in general, giving you space and pause to restore your energy, recentre and connect to presence and calm. 

Whether you’re a beginner and would like to try it or if you would simply like to practice more and be led by an experienced facilitator, you’re very welcome.
