
Right now, it’s cold here.
The sea winds are biting.
And there are regular storms.
What better time to light some candles and fold myself up in a cosy duvet?
Winter is an opportunity for rest and restoration.
The darkness and ease of being are necessary, oft-ignored parts of the seasons and cycles of life.
Something that really caters to my inner child is when my partner wraps me up in a blanket burrito and tucks me in tight.
There’s nothing for me to do but switch off…
In Western society today, busyness equals success.
But stress and burnout are all too prevalent.
In Chinese Medicine, the yin is as important as the yang.
Balance is key.
So I’ve decided that our next meditation is going to be all cuddly and warm, self-loving and caring.
We’ll create a beautiful ambience with soft lighting and pleasing aromas and we’ll snuggle up with pillows and blankets.
I will guide you in a mindfulness practice, deep breathing and relaxation…
