This is the perfect time and opportunity to rest, relax and connect to your inner stillness so that you can emerge feeling rejuvenated and full of energy and clarity.
Join me for 30 minutes of breathwork, gentle movement, guided meditation and visualisation.

This relaxing, insightful and empowering workshop will look at what resistance is, why we experience it and the impact it’s having on our lives (in body, mind and even in the choices we make).
The afternoon will include mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, gentle movement, guided visualisation and journaling as well as a pause for a short break for tea and snacks.
We will learn where our resistance stems from, we’ll bring it into the light to acknowledge and understand it, and we will release it so that we can experience freedom, peace, clear vision and a lightness of being.
