There was so much interest in my anxiety meditation last week that I’ve decided to run a slightly longer workshop on the topic.
Next Tuesday 7th November, we’ll discuss anxiety, bring some more understanding to it, as well as learn some helpful tools to calm down, feel compassion for ourselves and relax. I will also guide you in meditation.
And there will be space for questions/sharing but absolutely no pressure! If you’d like to send me some questions/concerns beforehand, that’d be extremely helpful in tailoring this workshop to your needs.
