Yoga Nidra Meditation

It’s been over a month since our last meditation together! I’ve been busy with visitors and with working more 1:1 with coaching clients and with a meditation and relaxation programme I’ve devised.
But now it’s time to hold space for a group meditation. It will take place online this coming Wednesday 10th of August from 7:00-7:30PM Irish / 9:00-9:30PM Greek time.
Everyone’s welcome, whether you’re a seasoned meditator or a complete beginner.
Together, we will tap into presence and calm, through moving energy, breath exercises to regulate the nervous system, mindfulness and yoga nidra (guided meditation and visualisation to enter a deep relaxing state).

Creating Space Workshop

I was inspired during a lone meditation to hold a Creating Space class next Thursday 3rd December at 7PM Irish time via Zoom šŸ§˜ā€ā™€ļø

We will create the space to meditate, to be and to connect to stillness so we can release anxiety, enjoy the moment and be at peace āœŒšŸ»

Mindfulness & Positive Living Courses April 2018

Well of Being’sĀ Sharon Vogiatzi will be starting more six-week Beginners’ and Advanced Mindfulness & Positive Living courses in AprilĀ 2018.

The Advanced classes will take place on Wednesdays, 8-9pm,Ā in Abbins House Holistic Centre, Eyre Street, Newbridge, Co. Kildare, from 11th AprilĀ until 16th MayĀ 2018.

The Beginners’ course will take place on Tuesdays, 8-9pm, in McAuley Place (beside the church), Sallins Road, Naas, starting 10th April and running until 15th MayĀ 2018.

These are fun, inspiring, interactive classes where you will meet like-minded people and receive tools and tips to live a happy, peaceful, fulfilling life.
Classes include mindfulness, meditation, breathing techniques, and exercises which will challenge your thinking, unblock fears, allow you to get to know the real you,Ā and add vital tools to your happiness toolbox.
You will receive tips which will help alleviate stress, anxiety and other negative emotions, freeing you up to live the life you truly deserve.

Investment: €60 for the course or €12 pay-per-class.

Beginners’ Mindfulness & Positive Living Course

Calling all people who want to learn about mindfulness, receive tools to change their negative thinking, beliefs and patterns, and exercises to increase happiness and enjoyment of life!
Well of Being‘s Mind-Body-Soul Coach Sharon Vogiatzi will be running a six-week Beginners Mindfulness & Positive Living course starting Wednesday 28th September – Wednesday 9th November (excluding mid-term break Wednesday 2nd November).
8-9pm in Abbins House Holistic Centre, Eyre Street, Newbridge, Co. Kildare.

Positive Living Classes Mornings or Evenings

I’m delighted to announce the return of my Positive Living classes, starting Thursday 5th May, 8-9pm, in the beautiful Abbins House Holistic Centre, Eyre Street, Newbridge.

For those of you who can’t make Thursday evenings, I’ll Ā be running the course on Wednesday mornings from 10:00-11:00am starting 18th May.
Join me for a fun, inspiring, interactive class where you will meet like-minded people and receive tools and tips to live a happy, peaceful, fulfilling life.
Classes will include mindfulness, meditation, breathing techniques, and exercises which will challenge your thinking, unblock fears and get to know the real you.

The theme of Week 1 is Presence – being present, mindfulness, breathing, meditation, becoming aware of thoughts but not attaching to them.

The theme of week 2 is Thoughts & Feelings – becoming aware of our thoughts, observing but not attaching to them, questioning them, challenging our beliefs, allowing our feelings and uncovering what’s beneath them so we’re no longer ruled by them.
€40 for a 4-week course.
