Come and join us for our Taster Day in aid of KWWSPCA (animal foundation).

Join Maria Josefina Barrio and I for a morning of Mindfulness, meditation, breath work and yoga from 10-12 this Saturday 19th October 2019 in Maria’s beautiful studio in Kildare Business Park.

Learn what Mindfulness is and how it can benefit you (Mindfulness helps alleviate stress and anxiety, it calms body and mind, and reduces emotional reactions and outbursts thus enabling you to be present and enjoy your life). And experience the transformational energy of incorporating mindfulness, breath work and yoga movement.

Working in new holistic centre Balanced Bodies in Newbridge

I’m excited to announce that I’ll be working (from tomorrow) in the beautiful new holistic centre Balanced Bodies in Newbridge, County Kildare. I’ll be offering Life Coaching, Acupuncture and Reiki sessions there.

Balanced Bodies is in the Courtyard in the centre of Newbridge town (beside the Whitewater Shopping Centre).

Parking is in the car park (you can buy a card there for a deposit of €20, which you top up accordingly, and which only costs €1.80 to park there for the whole day). Otherwise, on-street parking is available (free after 5.30pm).

Junefest 2019

I’m very excited to be a part of Junefest Wellness Day Sunday 16th June in Ryston in Newbridge, especially as it’s for such a worthy cause (all proceeds go to Hope-D).

I’ll be offering Acupuncture treatments as well as giving a class on Mindfulness & Positive Living.

Other therapists will be offering Massage, Reiki and Reflexology.

There will also be classes in Yogalates, Yoga and talks on Tapping (EFT/Emotional Freedom Technique) and Energy Work and Healing.

Join Life Coach & Holistic Therapist Sharon Vogiatzi and Yoga Teacher Laura McGarr for an afternoon of positive living, mindfulness, relaxation and yoga.

You will receive tips and tools for positive living, increasing happiness and cultivating inner peace through mindfulness and meditation.

We will conclude the session with a relaxing chair yoga sequence.

I welcome the first day of summer by attending a yoga and music workshop with musician and yoga teacher Jack Harrison.

We lie down and begin with some breathing exercises. Jack strums his guitar, recites poetry and sings.

Relationships (with a partner, friends, family, co-workers, acquaintances) accelerate our growth and teach us more about ourselves than all the spiritual retreats, self-help books, and hours of meditation and counselling ever could.
