Give your kids the gift of well-being in body and mind.
Primary School Teacher & Yoga Teacher Laura McGarr and Well of Being‘s Mind-Body-Soul Coach Sharon Vogiatzi are offering four one-hour Well-Being, Yoga & Mindfulness classes for children between 7 – 11 years old.
These classes will run in Abbins House Holistic Centre, Eyre Street, Newbridge, Co. Kildare from 10:00-11:00am on Saturdays 12 & 19 November and 3 & 10 December.

Class on Homeopathy & Health Saturday 12th December

Upon request, we’ll be running another class on Homeopathy & Health in The Lifeflow Centre on Saturday 12th December from 10am – 1pm as some of you couldn’t make it last Saturday.

Come along to learn how to use your first aid homeopathic kits to treat yourself and your family for everyday ailments.

On the day, we’ll also be sharing helpful tips on diet, supplements and natural remedies to boost health, happiness and general well-being.

The cost of the class is €30.

From Newbridge:
Go over the bridge passing the schools then take the second exit off Buckley’s Cross roundabout at Pfizer. Drive for 1.7 kilometres (passing straight through one roundabout). Take the left at Baroda Stud/Connelmore Cross. Drive for 1km then take the first right directly after a short white wall. Drive 1.5km over motorway bridge and it’s the fourth entrance on the left with salmon pink coloured pillars up a steep driveway.

From the Limerick/Portlaoise direction:
Take exit 12 off the M7. Take the fourth exit off the roundabout then the first exit off the next roundabout heading for the Kilcullen road. Go over speed bumps then take the left immediately after the Athgarvan School. Go straight through the traffic light crossroads passing the Athgarvan Inn on your left. Go over the river, past Rosetown Stud and Rugby Club. Go over the motorway bridge and take the left at Corbally Cross. After Corbally Harbour, it’s the sixth entrance on the right with salmon pink coloured pillars up a steep driveway.

From the Dublin direction:
Take exit 10 off M7 then take third exit off roundabout for Newbridge. Go straight through roundabout at Toughers. Take the first exit off Buckley’s Cross roundabout at Pfizer. After Corbally Harbour, it’s the sixth entrance on the right with salmon pink coloured pillars up a steep driveway.

Energy

Today, I decide to spend the whole day chilling out at home. I have a lie-in, I meditate, I eat breakfast.

I reply to a few text messages. I attempt to get cheap car insurance. I have lunch. I read emails. I watch Whip It for the second time.

Just Because.

As you know, I recently injured myself while exercising. What I neglected to mention was that, prior to this, I’d regularly been getting sudden pains in my head.

At the time, it struck me that I probably needed to take it easy but I just couldn’t stop. I was always on the go and I was exercising more than ever. I felt tired a lot but adrenaline was fuelling me and I thought I was doing great.
