Mindfulness & Positive Living course Wednesdays 10:30-11:30am in McAuley Place in Naas, 22nd April – 27th May.
This six-week course will include mindfulness, guided meditation, breath work, gentle movement and tools and tips to alleviate stress, regulate emotions and increase energy and well-being.

Cost of the course is €60. Booking is essential.

Sharon will also be running a six-week Positive Living course Wednesdays 8-9pm in Abbins House Holistic Centre in Newbridge on the same dates.

Cost is €60 or €12 pay-per-class.

My Song

I welcome the first day of summer by attending a yoga and music workshop with musician and yoga teacher Jack Harrison.

We lie down and begin with some breathing exercises. Jack strums his guitar, recites poetry and sings.

Cheerleader

Some of you will be familiar with a popular song of the moment, “Cheerleader” by OMI. Well, up until Sunday night, I thought the lyrics went something like this: “Oh I think that I found myself a cherry air.” 

Which makes no sense at all but I happily sang along anyway while enjoying the sunshiney sound of the trumpet.
