Mindfulness & Positive Living Courses April 2018

Well of Being’s Sharon Vogiatzi will be starting more six-week Beginners’ and Advanced Mindfulness & Positive Living courses in April 2018.

The Advanced classes will take place on Wednesdays, 8-9pm, in Abbins House Holistic Centre, Eyre Street, Newbridge, Co. Kildare, from 11th April until 16th May 2018.

The Beginners’ course will take place on Tuesdays, 8-9pm, in McAuley Place (beside the church), Sallins Road, Naas, starting 10th April and running until 15th May 2018.

These are fun, inspiring, interactive classes where you will meet like-minded people and receive tools and tips to live a happy, peaceful, fulfilling life.
Classes include mindfulness, meditation, breathing techniques, and exercises which will challenge your thinking, unblock fears, allow you to get to know the real you, and add vital tools to your happiness toolbox.
You will receive tips which will help alleviate stress, anxiety and other negative emotions, freeing you up to live the life you truly deserve.

Investment: €60 for the course or €12 pay-per-class.

Junefest 2017 is fast approaching. There will be many fantastic events in Newbridge next month, including a morning of Positive Living & Mindfulness with Well of Being’s Mind-Body-Soul Coach Sharon Vogiatzi on Thursday 15 June in Abbins House Holistic Centre at 11am; Homeopathy & Health with Homeopath and Acupuncturist Pauric Gibbons at 11am on Friday 16 June also in Abbins House Holistic Centre; and an open morning with various Abbins House Holistic Centre therapists on Saturday 17 June at 11am. Join Life Coach & Holistic Therapist Sharon Vogiatzi and Yoga Teacher Laura McGarr for an afternoon of positive living, mindfulness, relaxation and yoga.

You will receive tips and tools for positive living, increasing happiness and cultivating inner peace through mindfulness and meditation.

We will conclude the session with a relaxing chair yoga sequence.

Dates are as follows: Thursdays 23rd June, 28th July and 25th August, 8-9pm.

Positive Living Classes Mornings or Evenings

I’m delighted to announce the return of my Positive Living classes, starting Thursday 5th May, 8-9pm, in the beautiful Abbins House Holistic Centre, Eyre Street, Newbridge.

For those of you who can’t make Thursday evenings, I’ll  be running the course on Wednesday mornings from 10:00-11:00am starting 18th May.
Join me for a fun, inspiring, interactive class where you will meet like-minded people and receive tools and tips to live a happy, peaceful, fulfilling life.
Classes will include mindfulness, meditation, breathing techniques, and exercises which will challenge your thinking, unblock fears and get to know the real you.

The theme of Week 1 is Presence – being present, mindfulness, breathing, meditation, becoming aware of thoughts but not attaching to them.

The theme of week 2 is Thoughts & Feelings – becoming aware of our thoughts, observing but not attaching to them, questioning them, challenging our beliefs, allowing our feelings and uncovering what’s beneath them so we’re no longer ruled by them.
€40 for a 4-week course.

Homeopathy & Health Class 28th May

We’ll be running a class on Homeopathy and Health on Saturday 28th May from 10:00-13:00.
Come along to learn how to use your first aid homeopathic kits to treat yourself and your family for everyday ailments.

On the day, we’ll also be sharing helpful tips on diet, supplements and natural remedies to boost health, happiness and general well-being.

Bring your questions and we’ll be happy to share our knowledge.

The cost of the class is €30.

I welcome the first day of summer by attending a yoga and music workshop with musician and yoga teacher Jack Harrison.

We lie down and begin with some breathing exercises. Jack strums his guitar, recites poetry and sings.
