Sharon will be running a workshop on Releasing Resistance on Sunday 8th March 2020 in a beautiful space in Balanced Bodies in The Courtyard in Newbridge.
Time: 2.30-5.30pm.
Cost: €30.
This workshop will look at what resistance is, why we experience it & the impact it’s having on our lives (in body, mind & even in the choices we make).
This relaxing, insightful and empowering workshop will include mindfulness, meditation, movement, breathing exercises, journaling & guided visualisation along with a short break for tea & snacks.
We will learn where our resistance stems from, we will bring it into the light to acknowledge & heal it, and we will release it so that we can experience freedom, peace, clear vision & a lightness of being.

Working in new holistic centre Balanced Bodies in Newbridge

I’m excited to announce that I’ll be working (from tomorrow) in the beautiful new holistic centre Balanced Bodies in Newbridge, County Kildare. I’ll be offering Life Coaching, Acupuncture and Reiki sessions there.

Balanced Bodies is in the Courtyard in the centre of Newbridge town (beside the Whitewater Shopping Centre).

Parking is in the car park (you can buy a card there for a deposit of €20, which you top up accordingly, and which only costs €1.80 to park there for the whole day). Otherwise, on-street parking is available (free after 5.30pm).

Want to know what this Mindfulness buzz is all about?
Throughout this five-week course, you will learn about Mindfulness and how to implement it so that you can calm down, be present and enjoy life.
You will also be taught how to meditate and you will experience several breathing techniques, which activate the parasympathetic nervous system – the one that promotes relaxation and peace 🙂
Gather tools to alleviate stress and anxiety and develop a more positive mindset.

Sharon runs Mindfulness & Positive Living classes in Abbins House Holistic Centre, Eyre Street, Newbridge, Co. Kildare and McAuley Place (beside the church), Sallins Road, Naas.
These are fun, inspiring, interactive classes where you will meet like-minded people and receive tools and tips to live a happy, peaceful, fulfilling life.
Classes include mindfulness, meditation, breathing techniques, and exercises which will challenge your thinking, unblock fears, allow you to get to know the real you, and add vital tools to your happiness toolbox.
You will receive tips which will help alleviate stress, anxiety and other negative emotions, freeing you up to live the life you truly deserve.
Sharon will be starting more six-week Beginners’ and Advanced Mindfulness & Positive Living courses in January 2019.

The Advanced classes will take place on Wednesdays, 8-9pm, in Abbins House Holistic Centre, Eyre Street, Newbridge, Co. Kildare, from 9th January until 13th February 2019.

The Beginners’ course will take place on Thursdays, 8-9pm, in McAuley Place, Sallins Road, Naas, starting 10th January and running until 14th February 2019.

Mindfulness, Meditation & Positive Living Classes

Well of Being’s Sharon Vogiatzi runs Meditation, Mindfulness & Positive Living classes in Kildare, Dublin and online.
Classes include mindfulness, meditation, breathing techniques and gentle movement/stretching.
Due to the current circumstances, Sharon has been doing online classes via Zoom. 
It’s definitely a time for being present, meditating, breathing and learning some new tools and tips to alleviate fear and anxiety and to cultivate more calm, peace, happiness & fun in our lives. And we can do this from the comfort of our own homes!
So many benefits to meditating regularly!
Need to unwind at the end of a busy day? These 30-minute meditation classes will bring you straight into relaxation, rest, release, restoration & presence.
During the classes, you will be guided by an experienced facilitator in calming breathing exercises, mindfulness, guided meditation and visualisation as well as some very gentle movement/stretching.

Whether you’re a beginner and would like to try it or if you would simply like to practice more and be led by an experienced facilitator, join in: 8:30-9pm Wednesdays for six weeks starting 9th September and finishing 14th October 2020.

€50 for the entire course or €10 pay-per-class.

If it’s your first time using Zoom, please check that it’s working before the class begins, find a quiet comfortable spot where you can sit (and lie down if you like) and light a candle and/or some incense to create a zen vibe. You can leave your camera on or off and I will mute all participants so we will not be disturbed.
I can also record sessions (only my face and name will be visible in the recordings) if you cannot attend live. Just ask for the Zoom recording.
