Well of Being’s Sharon Vogiatzi runs Meditation, Mindfulness & Positive Living classes in Kildare, Dublin and online.
Classes include mindfulness, meditation, breathing techniques and gentle movement/stretching.
Due to the current circumstances, Sharon has been doing online classes via Zoom.
It’s definitely a time for being present, meditating, breathing and learning some new tools and tips to alleviate fear and anxiety and to cultivate more calm, peace, happiness & fun in our lives. And we can do this from the comfort of our own homes!

Need to unwind at the end of a busy day? These 30-minute meditation classes will bring you straight into relaxation, rest, release, restoration & presence.
During the classes, you will be guided by an experienced facilitator in calming breathing exercises, mindfulness, guided meditation and visualisation as well as some very gentle movement/stretching.

If you can’t attend live, just ask for the recording, which will be available for 30 days from the class date.

If it’s your first time using Zoom, please check that it’s working before the class begins, find a quiet comfortable spot where you can sit (and lie down if you like) and light a candle and/or some incense to create a zen vibe. You can leave your camera on or off and I will mute all participants so we will not be disturbed.
I can also record sessions (only my face and name will be visible in the recordings) if you cannot attend live. Just ask for the Zoom recording.
