This online workshop will explore how the relationship with self impacts upon every single area of our lives (and what we can do to improve it).
How we view ourselves, speak to ourselves and the beliefs we hold about ourselves influence how we feel, behave and interact in the world.
Every area of our lives is affected (mental state, health, relationships with others and our sense of purpose).
During this workshop, you will be supported by an experienced Life Coach and workshop facilitator.
You will be guided in mindfulness, meditation and journaling. You will also learn useful tools to question limiting beliefs, shift perspective, reframe negative thoughts, and remove blocks to confidence and peace of mind.
To work on oneself is the most important work there is. Once we understand ourselves and treat ourselves with kindness and compassion, our lives become infinitely better.
This 1.5 hour workshop will take place on Saturday 6th March 2021 at 11am.
