I’m really looking forward to hosting this course. It’s definitely a time for being present, meditating, breathing and learning some new tools & tips to alleviate fear & anxiety and to cultivate more calm, peace, happiness & fun in our lives. And we can do this from the comfort of our own homes!
This six-week Mindfulness & Positive Living course will be a relaxing haven amongst all the current global craziness.
During each one-hour session, you will practice mindulness & meditate, do some breathwork & gentle movement/stretching, as well as learn tools & tips to alleviate anxiety and create calm in your life.
Find a quiet space (headphones could be helpful but not essential), a comfortable seat AND somewhere to lie down (also not essential but could be lovely – have a blanket handy in that case), as well as a pen & journal. Use some incense or essential oils and/or light a candle for optimal relaxation.
The course runs Wednesdays 8-9PM from 22nd April until 27th May 2020 via Zoom.
