This workshop will introduce journaling as a powerful tool for your healing, growth and creative expression.
During the workshop, you will be guided in meditation and visualisation. This will open the creative channels so that you can flow freely, enabling release, clarity and insight.
You can journal safely in the knowledge that you will not have to share anything you’ve written.
It is a free 45 minutes to one hour workshop via Zoom on Friday 19th February 2021 at 7:15PM Irish time.
This workshop is part of the 10 days 10 minutes challenge starting Thursday 18th February 2021.
Each day, Laura from Ahimsa Wellness will email you the 10-minute challenge (yoga/breathing/journaling to name just a few of the tools), which you can do on your own or you can join Laura on Instagram live at 7PM Irish time.
After the 10-minute check in, you can head over to Facebook Live or Zoom for a longer workshop with another amazing teacher. And it’s all free!
