Bi-monthly meditation classes

Sharon is currently running bi-monthly 30-minute meditation classes via Zoom. 

These relaxing classes include mindfulness, meditation, visualisation, breathing techniques and gentle movement/stretching. 

A regular meditation practice sets the tone for your life in general, giving you space and pause to restore your energy, recentre and connect to presence and calm. 

Whether you’re a beginner and would like to try it or if you would simply like to practice more and be led by an experienced facilitator, you’re very welcome.

The classes are on the second and fourth Tuesday at 7PM and cost €5.
